What a season it was! The upsets and ever-changing openings of teams made this the hardest season to pick in the history of the Content Team Pick Em. However, the pickers did save the best for last.
The pickers, as a whole, hit on 73% of their picks this week. That is one of the best weeks we have ever seen and by far the best week of this season. We had two pickers hit double digits this week, which had only been done once the entire season before. Here are the final standings.
Final Standings
Rank | Picker | Week 8 Record | Season Record |
1 | Jeff | 9-3 | 62-34 |
2 | Kade | 11-1 | 61-35 |
2 | Ryan | 8-4 | 61-35 |
4 | Ware | 10-2 | 60-36 |
5 | Cole | 9-3 | 59-37 |
6 | Murph | 9-3 | 58-38 |
7 | Grin | 8-4 | 56-40 |
8 | Horns | 6-6 | 54-42 |
Jeff finishes the season as the top picker of the group. Kade finished the season with the best individual week of the season, with 11 of 12 picks correct in the final week. The only game he picked wrong was taking Oregon to beat USC.
Ware was the only picker to have two separate weeks with double-digit correct picks. He did this in Weeks 8 and 5. Both times, he had 10 correct picks.
Congrats to Jeff, and more importantly, congrats to the 16 teams in the Season 23 playoffs. Best of luck to all of our playoff teams.
