Partway through the season we looked at the winningest Athletic Directors in the CFSL’s history. Now it is time to update that list after the season’s end and see who moved up.
A quick note before we start the list: last time I included MAC wins. It was brought to my attention that this wasn’t truly fair since many seasons MAC teams only played each other. Therefore, MAC wins will no longer be counted toward a coach’s win total.

As you can see, there wasn’t much movement at the top of the list, but things started to get interesting at #9. There are quite a few ADs that might see themselves jumping up inside the top 10 soon. Also, a strong Season 22, could see Devan Davis enter the top three in all-time wins.
Dustin Hall and the recently returned Josh Claydon could both reach the 50-win mark this coming season. Since they will be in the same conference, #50 could come against the other. There are four ADs (Justin Duke, Aaron Ike, Adam Smith, and TJ Smith) who can hit 40 wins this coming season.
There is also one AD who is just off the list and could easily make the jump into the top 25 next season. Miami’s George Yost needs three wins to catch up to Nate Murphy, Skylar Shearer, and Tavian Tyree. However, after Yost, it will take a few seasons before another AD breaks into the list. The next closest current ADs would be Zach Davis and Ryan Moreland, who both sit at 12 wins.
Good luck to all the ADs in Season 22!
