80 Ezra Carter

Standing at a towering 6’5 weighting in at 236 lbs Ezra was a track star through his first two years in high school, he managed to make it to state his freshman year but unfortunately came up short from winning. In his sophomore year he looked promising making yet another bid to state but after a poor takeoff from the blocks and tripping up he managed to tear his ACL after tripping over. He knew right away his speed would never be the same so he decided to ditch the spikes for the cleats. His combination of size and speed immediately caught the eyes of his coach where he made the decision to move Carter to a TE. After a shaky first season in his junior year everything came together as his route running and hands steadily improved. Though they aren’t at the level of some of his counterparts one thing is for sure. His size, his speed, and his newfound passion for engaging in contact, he will be a force at the next level.
