After a rough upbringing in the bad areas of Miami, Donovan thought he’d end up just like his older brother another victim to the violence in Miami. Until his junior year the football coach recommended he come try out for his team and with no reason to say no Donovan agreed. The rest you can say is history as Donovan went on to break every school rushing record for yards and touchdowns. Walls went from a nobody to a hero for his performances on the field where he brought home the state trophy for the first time in 24 years.
