Leland Everett grew up in Corona, California, raised by his hardworking single mother. Football became his escape and his way of making her proud. At 6’5” and 240 pounds, Lee transitioned from wide receiver to tight end in high school, where he quickly became a standout. By his junior year, he had over 800 yards and 12 touchdowns, showcasing his dual threat as a blocker and pass-catcher.
A natural leader, Leland guided his team to a league championship in his senior year, finishing with 1,200 yards and 15 touchdowns.
