7 Andre Leclercq

Andre Leclercq was born to a French-American family in San Antonio, but moved to Flour Bluff, Texas when he was 3. None of his parents are college graduates but his father did briefly attend online classes at the University of Nantes in France. Leclercq is the star Tight End for the Flour Bluff Hornets, and was a crucial part in the schools UIL AAAAA-D2 (5A-2) State Runners Up in his sophomore year, and the teams State Championship in his senior year. He also finished his senior year as captain of the Hornets Cross Country team, and led them to a 3rd place finish at 5A State with a time of 16:05. Leclercq is also a member of the National Honor Society, French Honor Society, and was the 3 year president of the Academic Decathlon team and won multiple State AcDec events. Leclercq is looking to major in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy.
