As a young boy Bryce’s goals and aspirations weren’t always to be suiting up on the field. He grew up in Chicago one of the most dangerous citys in the u.s also known as chiraq the death toll in the city had always been high and few made it out successful given in that environment Bryce had to struggle with watching his family struggle. He decided he was gonna try to find any way possible to help his family he tried selling candy at school selling anything he had to help his mom with rent and food until one day he decided to try out for the football team at school just to get away from what was going back at home Bryce was a natural. Bryce wasn’t just good he was incredible his first year he had carried the offense and the defense mind you This kid was only a freshman. After that amazing freshmen year, Bryce would go down with an injury that sidelined him for some time but he always knew colleges wouldn’t give up hope in him. He knew football was his destiny and he knew he had to do anything to get his family and most importantly mom out of harm’s way. How will his story continue in the cfsl only time will tell…
