Owen grew up in Houston where he learned the sport of football at a very young age. Originally a running back, he was known for his speed and quick play ability. He made transition to quarterback in high school when he figured out that his legs weren’t the only weapon in his arsenal. He had a cannon for an arm. That combined with his ability to run makes him a dangerous opponent and a valuable asset to any team willing to take a chance on this future superstar.
