Windham grew up in the small city of Brooksville, Florida along side his 4 brothers and one sister Bo, Braun, Erik, and Luke, and Abigail. While they would go on to fulfill the family tradition by wrestling, Windham had other plans. Windham had plans on making it into the NFL, but first he looks to prove that in a world full of black and white, he is the color red. Windham attended Hernando High School, where he’d go on to win state championship during his senior year. Windham had considered attending Troy University, but before he could make the decision, he had a dream of a firefly lighting the way, and it let straight to a green and yellow bear. That was the only sign Windham needed to decided he’d follow that bear right to Waco Texas
