5☆ CB from Syracuse, NY. One of the Nations Top CB prospects. Born in D.C. and grew up playing side by side with Chili Sierra in the Pee Wee days. Coined Chili’s nickname of “Tajin” back in the day due to his on field play and personality. Moved to Syracuse just before High School. Continued going up against Chili in football camps and 7v7 competitions.

Scooter is a great coverage CB who reads offenses and QBs like a book. Able play man and drop into coverage. Someone who can truly take half a field away from opposing teams.
