Valentino starred at Schaumburg HS. Leading the team in sacks, tackles for loss and tackles as a 3 year starter on Varsity. Against Elk Grove HS in particular he got 6 sacks in a row on 2 separate drives. Going into his senior year he received bad news when his Dad and coach was shot by a rival gang over some debt that was not paid. Valentino was taken into custody for selling drugs and was given a lesser sentence for any information. He spent a total of 4 months in county jail. Once he got out offers stopped rolling in. Now a season removed he wants to show the world what his talent is all about. He got a tattoo of his dad on his back as a remembrance of where he came from.
