Conner Stephens, cousin of Will Stephens, spent his youth growing up on a farm in Southern Illinois. Working hard each day taught him to have a routine and discipline in everything he does. His favorite quote, “Integrity, it’s what’s doing right even when no one is watching”, keeps him motivated in the off-season which helped him develop into the workhorse TE he has become. Prides himself on his ability to not only have soft hands and impact the game in the air, but is not afraid to get dirty in the run game and move guys.
